Semi-sweet apple cider is made according to brewing traditions of Northern Europe. It has exquisite soft taste, fresh smell of winter apples and pleasant sweet and sour aftertaste. The method of natural fermentation technology helps to achieve fullness of taste.
In the "Medovarus" workshop only reconstituted apple juice is used to make this product. Alcohol is not added to drinks, preservatives, artificial dyes and flavours, pasteurization are not used. The technology of production is under the control of "Mead Brewery Lab".
